Which parasites are tested?
Our Parasite test screens for the six most common parasites, which is more than most tests offered within the Swedish healthcare system, where often only three parasites are tested (though this can vary).
Common symptoms of parasites in the stomach include digestive issues such as pain, cramps, and bloating, decreased appetite, IBS symptoms, diarrhea and/or constipation, nausea, fatigue, and much more.
How is the test conducted?
The test is easily done by collecting a stool sample at home. We send you a test kit with everything you need. You then simply send the sample to our laboratory for analysis. You will receive your test results digitally as soon as the sample has been analyzed.
