Is the test incorrect or showing no results?

If your test is not yielding any results or is incorrect in any way, please take a picture of the completed test and send it to our customer service. They will assist you with a refund or send you a new test.

I want to cancel my test, how do I do that?

You have the right to cancel your test. The test must be canceled within 14 days from the order date and the test must be in unopened packaging. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service. Please note that we only refund the product price, and shipping costs are deducted from your purchase. We are also not responsible for the return shipping.

My test hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If your test has not arrived within 12 business days from the order date, please contact our customer service. It's possible that your test is out of stock in our warehouse and is on its way to our stock. If your order is lost, we will, of course, refund the full amount to you.

How is my order shipped?

Postnord ships all orders as letters. This means they cannot be tracked by you as a customer, but it's also the best way to keep it as anonymous and discreet as possible.

How are the tests shipped to me?

I do not want postal workers or others to know what the package contains.

Am I anonymous when ordering from you?

Yes. We do not disclose information about which test you are ordering. The products are delivered in discreet packaging. We take your privacy very seriously. We comply with applicable laws and have our own privacy policy. We follow all laws and EU directives. Additionally, we have an SSL certificate for extra secure connection. How safe are the tests?

Our tests maintain a high level of safety and quality and are 99.8% safe. If you have symptoms, we always recommend seeking professional help. Our tests are only for those who want to be extra sure and perhaps do a check.

One important thing that sets them apart is the instructions for use. Our self-tests are intended for consumers, so the instructions for use are simplified and adapted for those without medical training. At the same time, the same strict requirements are placed on the function, safety, reliability, and EU directives of IVD tests.

It's very cold outside, do the tests freeze in the mailbox for several hours? Are they damaged by the cold?

Our manufacturers have stated that the tests can withstand cold down to -20 degrees for up to three weeks without being damaged. Before using the tests, let them warm up to room temperature for about 1 hour.

What is the delivery time?

We always ship the same day if you order on weekdays before 2 pm. Your package is normally delivered within 2-5 business days. Orders after 2 pm and on holidays are packed and shipped the next business day.

Do I need to send in the tests to get results?

No, you do not need to send in blood samples or similar - you perform all the tests at home at your own pace and get the results immediately by reading the test results.

I have a fear of needles, does it hurt?

No, in fact, it doesn't. However, it may be a bit tender in the fingertip for 12-24 hours afterward, but it's entirely normal. Sometimes it's good to have a friend do the prick; the prick is over in about 3 milliseconds.
