Purchase and Delivery Terms

At Nordictest you can purchase carefully selected products from various suppliers. We offer a carefully curated range of the most cost-effective rapid tests.

These purchase and delivery terms apply to all purchases and orders made on Nordictest by customers residing in Sweden. In cases where the customer is resident in another EU member state other than Sweden, the terms apply insofar as they do not deviate from the consumer legislation in the customer's country. At Nordictest we comply with consumer rights legislation in the customer's country as required by EU regulations.

As a customer of Nordictest you have the right to request information about your personal data. You also have the right to request changes or deletion of your personal data.

Purchase

An agreement for the purchase is entered into when you choose to submit your order at the checkout. An order confirmation is then automatically generated by our database without manual review. If there is any error in the order, we will contact you to further handle the matter, which may involve reservation adjustments, changes in delivery times, or other unforeseen events.

Prices

The total cost, including shipping costs and any other fees and taxes, is included in the total price you see at the checkout. Offers and discount codes/gift cards are clearly specified at the checkout. Any stock status is always displayed on the product page, and we reserve the right to sell out of stock items. Price adjustments can also be made at any time without prior notice.

Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen shipping method.

Gift Cards and Discount Codes

If you have a gift card code or a discount code, you can enter it at the checkout. The gift card code should be entered exactly as you received it, including uppercase letters if it contains letters, and it is valid for 1 year. In some cases, discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with current promotions. Only one gift card/discount code can be applied at a time at the checkout.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Return of Orders - Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you always have the right to unpack the goods and check for any functionality and product finish. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can, of course, cancel and return your products to us within 30 days of receiving the package. In the case of partial deliveries, this applies 14 days after receiving the last item in your placed order. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you break the seal on your test. The item and packaging should be intact and in sellable condition. The item you choose to return should be packed in the accompanying packaging and original packaging. Note that the original packaging should not be used as an outer box since the product may be damaged. Therefore, you should pack the item properly with packaging to avoid a reduction in value.

If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal. When you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, pack your item and send it back to us using a business parcel service. You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Transport Liability

Transport liability means that we are responsible for the shipment arriving safely to you from us. In the case of a return, you are responsible for the goods and the shipment from you to us. Therefore, you should keep all shipment numbers from your carrier so that you can prove that you have submitted the item to your carrier in case it is damaged or lost. Please pack the items carefully to prevent damage during transit and use a method where you can track the shipment.

Value Depreciation Deduction

We reserve the right, in the event of a return of the item, to make a deduction for value depreciation if the condition of the item has changed to such an extent that it can no longer be sold to another customer without reducing the sales price.

Refund

A refund will be made within 14 days after we have received notice of your exercise of your right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to wait for proof that the return has been dispatched to us or when we have received the return. In this case, a refund may take 5-7 banking days. The refund will also be made using the same payment method that was originally used.

Complaint

Complaint Right

In order to lodge a complaint with the carrier regarding shipping damages, a damage report must have been submitted to us no later than 14 days after receiving the item. Nordictest applies the consumer purchase law's complaint right, which means that you have a three-year complaint right from the date you received the item. This assumes that all care instructions are followed and normal care is observed. In the case of a complaint, please contact our customer service at hey@nordictest.se with a description and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will then contact the supplier who is primarily responsible for your complaint, and we will email you a return shipping label to be affixed to the transport packaging. The complaint will be reviewed and approved by the supplier. When the complaint is approved, we will replace the item for you.

Deliveries

Stocked Items:

Normal delivery time is 1-4 business days after we have received your order. This applies with Postnord and is for items in stock for immediate delivery. In exceptional cases, our carrier may not have daily package deliveries to certain parcel agents, which may extend the delivery time slightly. This mainly applies to parcel agents in less populated areas.

Special Order Items:

1-3 weeks depending on the products ordered. Within 24 hours after placing your order, you will receive a message with the planned delivery time. If there are any deviations, we will notify you by email as soon as we become aware of them.

Delivery Method

Delivery of ordered items is made with Postnord.

Unclaimed Orders

If you do not pick up your package from your pick-up location, the package will automatically be returned to us after approximately 14 days, and you will be charged for the return shipping cost, up to 499 SEK. This applies to Postnord agents. For heavier or bulky items, additional charges apply according to the current shipping rate. If you have chosen invoice as your payment option, it is important to contact Klarna to avoid any reminder fees and late payment interest. Replacement of unclaimed packages is sent through a new invoice via Klarna.

Delivery Delay

You have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost in the event of a delay beyond the promised delivery time. If we become aware of delivery delays for your order, we will contact you immediately by email or phone.

Privacy Policy

Nordictest always strives to protect your personal privacy.
By registering and/or placing an order, you consent to Nordictest storing and using data about your purchases and the contact information you provide. The data is stored and used to fulfill our commitments to you and better meet your customer needs and provide you with the best service. This means that information about you is also passed on to our invoice partner Klarna and current logistics partner. The data is also stored and used for information and marketing purposes. This means that Nordictest, unless you expressly object to it in writing, may use your personal data to contact you by email with newsletters, direct marketing, or market research. You have the opportunity at any time to notify us in writing that you object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes at hey@nordictest.se, and we will assist you further.
Payment transactions, card-direct payments, and invoice payments are handled by our payment partner Klarna to guarantee fast and secure payment.

Dispute

Complaints or comments should be reported to Nordictest customer service by email: hey@nordictest.se.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer adviser or the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). We always follow ARN's recommendations.

Force Majeure

Nordictest is exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement. If the failure is due to a liberating circumstance below and the circumstance prevents, hinders, or delays the performance.
Liberating circumstances include, among other things, actions or omissions by authorities, new or amended legislation, labor market conflicts, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, or major accidents. Force majeure also includes government decisions that adversely affect the market and products, such as warning text decisions, sales bans, and more, or an abnormal market downturn.
