1. General
These terms apply to all purchases via nordictest.co.uk and are entered into between you as a customer and Socialfish AB. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in GBP (£). We offer secure payment options via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
Import Duties and Taxes: As goods are shipped from Sweden (EU), orders delivered to the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges to the local authorities if applicable.
4. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Our normal delivery time is 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) on business days are dispatched the same day.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. To exercise this right, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
Important Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to medical tests if the seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with.
6. Complaints and Responsibility
If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at hey@nordictest.co.uk within a reasonable time. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws and will provide a replacement or refund for approved complaints.
