1. General
These terms apply to all purchases made via nordictest.co.uk and are entered into between you as the customer and PPS Invest AB. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in GBP (£). We offer secure payment options via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
Import Duties and Taxes: As goods are shipped from Sweden (EU), orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling fees. Where applicable, the customer is responsible for paying these charges to the relevant authorities or carrier.
4. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Our normal delivery time is 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) on business days are normally dispatched the same day.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, the product must be returned in its original, unopened and sealed packaging.
Important: Due to health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed medical or diagnostic test products once the seal or packaging has been opened or otherwise broken.

6. Complaints and Responsibility
If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us at hey@nordictest.se within a reasonable time. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws and will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, for approved complaints.
