Right of Withdrawal and Returns
At Nordictest.co.uk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.
IMPORTANT: For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply if the seal or packaging of the test products is broken. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in its unopened original packaging. No exceptions are made for opened packaging.
How to make a return:
Always contact us at hey@nordictest.co.uk before returning any items. Please provide your order number, name, and information regarding which products you wish to return.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for the items until they reach us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (e.g., International Tracked).

Refunds
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return. If approved (unopened packaging), your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that any shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hey@nordictest.co.uk with photo documentation so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
