Right of Withdrawal and Returns
At Nordictest.co.uk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.
IMPORTANT: For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply to sealed test products if the seal or packaging has been broken after delivery. To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and returned in its original, unopened and sealed packaging.
How to Make a Return
Always contact us at hey@nordictest.se before returning any items. Please provide your order number, name and information about which products you wish to return.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item when exercising the right of withdrawal.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for the returned items until they reach us. We therefore recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, any refund of the original delivery cost will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hey@nordictest.se and include your order number and, where possible, photo documentation so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
